The Challenge

After analyzing Ufitfly's Instagram presence, I identified a critical gap: their social media graphics lacked the visual impact and strategic messaging needed to convert browsers into bookers in the competitive travel industry.

Key Issues Discovered:

  • Low engagement potential due to generic visual design
  • Unclear value propositions that didn't address customer pain points
  • Inconsistent brand messaging across posts
  • Missing trust signals essential for travel bookings

Target Audience Pain Points:

  • Fear of hidden fees and booking complications
  • Lack of reliable customer support

  • Concerns about trip cancellations

Visual Approach:

  • Bold, contrasting colors for maximum social media impact
